A real-time inventory and operations platform designed for restaurant teams to track stock, automate reorder decisions, manage recurring tasks, and understand usage across multiple departments.

Inventory was created to solve a problem that became increasingly visible as TOP Anime Bar grew. Stock was being managed across the kitchen, bar, and general supplies, but each area had different needs, different users, and different levels of responsibility.

I designed a shared inventory platform that gives each team access to the information and actions relevant to their role. The system tracks stock levels, identifies items that need to be reordered, groups purchases by supplier, manages recurring operational tasks, and maintains a history of inventory changes.

The challenge was turning a large amount of operational data into something staff could understand quickly. Instead of presenting everyone with the same interface, I designed role based experiences for administrators, kitchen staff, bartenders, floor staff, and category management.

The platform was built with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Supabase, with analytics, authentication, notifications, and email workflows integrated into the product. Because the application is used by a Spanish speaking restaurant team, the interface was also designed around the language and terminology people actually use during daily operations.
